My favourite thing today was sitting in my easy chair, listening to a favourite book, and searching Pinterest for sugar-, dairy-, and gluten-free recipes. (I will need help figuring out how to cook that way – I’ve done the no dairy or gluten, but taking sugar out is a whole new level of commitment. Add vegetarian to that list too…I’ve got my work cut out for me!) I didn’t have much I had to accomplish today, and after all the rush and stress of December, I really treasured a day to just relax and do a little puttering.

Then I ended the day by starting to working through The Desire Map workbook. I did one at New Years last year, and I’m doing it again now. I think it’s a great way to touch in with what’s important and set intentions for the coming year. And 2015 is shaping up to be very different, with different goals and intentions, than 2014 was. Change can be a good thing.
