My #FavouriteThing today was getting stuff done. Cleaning the kitchen. Doing some bookkeeping. General stuff, but all stuff that needed to be done.

I also took the first step in a process I’ve been dreading for a very long time. And it’s the first step towards lifting a heavy weight, and taking care of myself by listening to my gut.

And finally, I really loved taking a nap. I have been so exhausted lately, all I want to do is spend the day in bed. And I did today, at least for a little while.
