My #FavouriteThing today was going for a run. It was a short run, only 2 kms. But it’s the first time I’ve run in a month and a half. My body flared up this summer – in particular my back – and it barely allowed for waking, let alone running. So I really didn’t push it today. Thought I’d start with something nice and slow and easy. Which it was. But I did it. I’ve been meaning to, and putting it off each day, for over a week. But I got off my ass today and did it.
